IMCEA is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Texas. Membership is comprised of Department of Defense professionals who manage the military Morale, Welfare, and Recreation/Services programs for the U.S. Armed Forces. IMCEA members can be found at virtually every military installation and base worldwide working to improve the quality of life for uniformed service personnel and their families.

IMCEA is unique in that its membership also includes many major manufacturers and other smaller companies that do business with the military MWR/Services community. IMCEA currently has over 140 “associate” members from the corporate sector who actively support the critically important military MWR/Services mission.

IMCEA is the only international organization that exists specifically to advance the professional development of military MWR/Services program managers. IMCEA supports the continued growth and success of the industry by providing a forum for military community executives to exchange viewpoints and ideas, and share best business practices.
