The IMCEA Awards Program is designed to recognize outstanding achievement and exceptional contributions to the military MWR/Services profession.

Each year, IMCEA offers five awards to distinguished MWR/Services professionals who distinguish themselves among their peers through demonstrated leadership and excellence in the conduct of military MWR/Services operations.

• IMCEA Hall of Fame Award
• MWR Leadership Award
• IMCEA and Paul Reece Founders Award
• Roy C. Olson Award
• Irving Rubenstein Memorial Award

One award is also given each year to an IMCEA Associate member. The IMCEA Associate Council Achievement Award is presented to recognize IMCEA Associate Members for exceptionally outstanding support of the Association, and military MWR/Services programs.
