The IMCEA Awards Program is designed to recognize outstanding achievement and exceptional contributions to the military MWR/Services profession. Each year, IMCEA offers five awards to distinguished MWR/Services professionals who distinguish themselves among their peers through demonstrated leadership and excellence in the conduct of military MWR/Services operations.

One award is also given to an IMCEA Associate member (the IMCEA Associate Council Achievement Award) to recognize IMCEA Associate Members for exceptionally outstanding support of the Association and military MWR/Services programs.
